RATE SCHEDULE
| 20% Flat rate on all claims collected. |
| 35% on claims placed with attorneys and/or litigated. |
| 50% if the claim is under $500.00, a reassigned judgment, out of business, more than 1 year old, a consumer claim, or a reassigned claim. |
| 40% on international claims |
| A rate accommodation may be available upon request. |
A commission of one-half the prevailing rate will be charged on claims settled by the return of merchandise or as a result of our investigation it is determined the claim was previously paid or resolved. Interest is retained by the agency unless otherwise arranged.
Files canceled or withdrawn 48 hours after placement will be subject to a fee of one-half the prevailing rate.
